Shaukat Abdulrazak, Director of the Division for Africa, and Dominique Mouillot, WiN Global President, discussed challenges that women who are working in the nuclear field face and ways to resolve these issues, including a vision to attract more women and girls to pursue a career in the nuclear fields. Amal Elrefaei, IAEA, provided an introduction, and Naida Dzigal, WiN IAEA President, moderated the Q&A discussion, which was followed by a networking reception.
