Welcome to the website of Women in Nuclear – IAEA!
WiN IAEA is a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to supporting underrepresented groups in the nuclear and radiation fields, especially women and the younger generation where their presence remains limited.
Our network connects professionals from the IAEA, other Vienna-based organizations, and the global nuclear industry, fostering a collaborative space for development, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
Through events, discussions, conferences, and technical visits, WiN IAEA creates opportunities for growth, learning, and mentorship-bridging generations and strengthening the pipeline of talent in the nuclear sector.
We connect, network, and share professional insights and personal experiences to empower our members and help them navigate their careers with confidence and support.
With over 700 members and growing, WiN IAEA welcomes all who are committed to building a more inclusive and dynamic nuclear field by championing the advancement of those historically underrepresented.
