WiN IAEA Hosts Panel on Nuclear Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development

On July 15th, WiN-IAEA hosted an event during the International Conference on Nuclear Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development (NKMHRD) conference

Many thanks to Wei HUANG, Pedro Diéguez Porras and Alesia Iunikova for co-organising it with us and to our amazing speakers and inspiring leaders: DDG-NE Mr Mikhail Chudakov, ELSIE PULE, Kim Elizabeth Pringle, Ditebogo K., Aline DES CLOIZEAUX, Callum Thomas and Wei HUANG for their authentic statements.

Their shared experiences and lessons learnt on implemented policies on human resource management, gender equality and diverse teams inspired our team to focus our future activities/events on providing better guidance for women on IAEA scholarships, funding, mentoring and to highlight the crucial role of male allies, International Gender Champions like DG Rafael Mariano Grossi….to celebrate their achievements in women’s empowerment and career development and encourage others to become gender equality advocates for a more sustainable nuclear human resource management.
